"Erich Sarna was the service tech that installed my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Every step of the install he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right! He installed new shut off valves for the gas line and water line. Those items could have been skipped and I would not have thought of replacing them he insisted for safety reasons.He also installed a pressure tank to extend the life of the water heater! Well Done Erich and Thanks!!!"

Valerie, who was the phone representative that took my initial call, was so helpful and kind to me. Not to mention, their pricing was very reasonable and more than competitive in our market.
