"This was a basement sewer line clog which required a camera to inspect the pipe and bigger cable to clear out the clog. We have older cast iron pipes with alot of scaling that's causing the problem.. Adam was great and did a good job of explaining the problem and options going forward. He had the right equipment to get the job done. He also cleaned up the job site."

"The man that came out was not able to repair my problem, but he tried. When he was unable to clear my line he did not charge me and directed me to a competitor. The man has a good work ethic and is honest. I wood use him again."

"Besides clean uniforms and use of shoe covers, Silvio was very professional. The price quoted was higher, but the value of having the video camera examination after the work was done was information well worth having. After checking and testing to determine which part of the drain/sewer line was blocked Silvio had to remove the toilet to unblock that branch of the drain. This was an extra cost, but required. The equipment used provided an exact location of where the cast iron pipe was allowing roots to intrude and where repairs would be needed. While just snaking the drain would have been cheaper, having the video to show the extent of the blockage was very useful. Everything was explained well, and I was given recommendations to forestall the repairs as well as an estimate of what the comprehensive repair would cost. This information makes it possible for me to make a good evaluation of expected repair costs in the future."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"

"They had a plumber available quickly following the installation of new countertops to install the new kitchen sink. He was on time and very friendly. When there was a small leak under the sink, he was back quickly the same day to replace an old drain pipe for no extra charge. We have used them once before to replace a valve on the water line to our fridge and were very happy then too. Highly recommend."

"I would recommend Chris to anyone who has a problem with there sewer line. Very intelligent and knowledgeable about the work that he does. I had a clog in my sewer drain, Chris was able to clear it,and show me what the problems were from. He also told me how to take care of the existing problem,so I went have to go through this in the future. Thanks again Chris."

"Mayo Plumbing did a great job. John was very responsive to my questions and gave in-depth and prompt replies. They installed a new water line, a valve for the line and a new kitchen faucet in just over 2hrs. They tested extensively and when John noticed a couple "DIY" mistakes from the previous owner he corrected them without any additional charge. I felt like Mayo Plumbing treated the job as if it were their own house and did things right. I hope I'm through with plumbing troubles but if I ever have any I will definitely be calling John."
