"Beth was very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted to achieve in our new home which was built in the early '90's. She was very responsive to my initial contact and gave me several recommendations and professionals (tile, painters, granite fabricators etc) to contact as I did each project. About a month later after using the painters and tile professionals recommended by Beth in our powder bath remodel we decided to just get all main living areas done. Beth guided me throughout the project on design ideas, paint colors etc. She went tile and granite shopping with me to help coordinate and even went back to mark off a section of granite for the fabricator to use as the backsplash for the stove (which was Beth's recommendation that I love). We offer top quality products at affordable prices. We also offer free remakes if you mismeasure (only pay for shipping), a 60 day satisfaction guarantee, and free samples.
"I ordered their Cordless Blackout Top Down Bottom Up Single Cellular Shades and upon receipt I was shocked how cheap they looked! To be honest they resembled the plastic used on the side of a window a/c unit! I called them to voice my displeasure and they assured me with their satisfaction guarantee we would come up with a solution. They sent me out some samples of their premium materials and after receipt of the samples I decided to take a chance and place another order. I was told by another representative named Jose that he would issue me a refund and we would start the order process all over again and he would do so affording me the same discounted price I originally paid. Then he proceeds to tell me my refund would be less a five dollar handling fee! Shocked by the pettiness I informed him that my intentions were to order blinds for my whole home and that if Blindster wanted my business they would need to waive that $5! Would you believe he refused and claimed his supervisor would not waive it either citing "policy"! So off I went to their competition and dropped $1700 on custom blinds! So they lost $1700 in business for an Abe Lincoln! They asked me to donate the blinds they sent to a charity so off they went to my local Goodwill. Don't waste your time with these jokers it's not worth clogging your arteries."
