"Rob called promptly. Schedule a repair time convenient to my schedule less than a week's wait. Rob couldn't make the original scheduled time due to an emergency but called promptly and rescheduled for the next day. Did the necessary repairs. Was missing a part so came back following day and finished work. Part installed is better than the one replaced. All at a very reasonable rate."

"It was late at night when we realized our water heater blew and flooded our basement like a swimming pool. We had to find a plumber and fast. we came across SWB he was out here within 30 minutes from our call the job he did was impeccable. He went above and beyond he went and got us a new water heater, installed it, and then stuck around to help us clean up, Since then we’ve used him for several other projects. Every time the professionalism came with him I would highly recommend him 100%."
