"I am getting ready for a new kitchen and am acting as an owner contractor, so needed a lot of little things done that a general contractor (like Mark) would normally oversee. Great communication with owner Mark prior to job; he made recs for other contractors I have hired. Day of, there was a little scheduling mix-up, but, soon remedied. Mark and Travis quickly pulled out my old cabinets in great shape so they can go to Rebuilding Center. Then after this was done, Travis took over for the rest of the weekend. He was organized, capable, efficient and thorough, checking with me frequently to make sure projects were meeting my expectations. Both he and Mark frequently said "We just want you to be happy" which is a position I sincerely wish everyone in my life would take! When things came up, as they invariably do, solutions were quickly found, with various outcomes clearly explained. When I originally outlined my project for Mark, he estimated that my do list would exceed the 16 hours I contracted for and this was indeed the case. I plan to finish this project with them. As a single woman, I sometimes feel patronized or, occasionally, have had contractors try to take advantage of my presumed ignorance. I never once felt that these two were anything but respectful, courteous, and desirous of meeting fully my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I wish my budget would have allowed me to let them manage the whole project!

"It was great, they came out new year time to fix little things, I had fish and vegetables there at 9000ft and the greenhouse is working perfectly. He was professional and knows what he was doing, does business well and built a very strong greenhouse."

Ybarra quickly sent Ryan who started working out a construction plan .Levi than became my project manager and fined tuned the plan to meet my needs and budget. Questions or concerns were quickly addressed by Levi with a call back or text. Once all needed materials were acquired Todd and Julio finished the new beautifully tiled shower,flooring and other upgrades in three days. Levi or Robert came each day to check the progress. Today I signed off on my very safe attractive bathroom. Working with Levi and other crew members was always very positive and respectful. I exchanged emails and pictures in advance of my appointment, and got some details about what to expect including the names of both workers. The workers arrived a bit early (so much better than late:-), I showed them what I needed, and one person started the work while I went to the hardware store with the other fellow to purchase the materials needed.

There was one drywall project that I thought would require an expensive repair. Instead, they fixed it easily and I was thrilled. 

They fixed a crooked cabinet in my kitchen that had been driving me crazy.

 They replaced door trim and added baseboard trim to several rooms, including the kitchen. After they left I discovered that they'd actually moved the refrigerator and put trim on that portion of floor too! I didn't even think to request this and was so happy to see it. Clearly, they take their work seriously and wanted to do the best job possible, but this was above and beyond and I'm so happy!

I'd purchased a block of hours at a discount from Angie's list, and they finished my tasks a few minutes early. So they offered to do a few other minor things instead of packing up immediately. Wonderful!

I am so very pleased with this company. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. The work they did for me was simple, but given the level of quality and attention to detail, I'd trust them with something larger without hesitation.
