"Contractors Group did a fantastic job overhauling our master bath. Their proposal presentation was top notch, design was excellent, communication was consistent, delivery was ahead of schedule, and final product is even better than we'd hoped. We'd highly recommend Contractor's Group!"

"Quick estimate and fast work. Was very professional from start to finish. High quality work at an affordable price. Highly recommend Philip. This was a mess I dealt with for years and had contacted numerous folks for help. People don't show up, get overwhelmed and don't call back with an estimate or try to rip off a single female. Philip was amazing and I'm so thankful to have found him. Update: Most of the work was done as per the contract minus a few little things that I questioned but decided to let go....such as the top of the retaining wall having a thick layer of dirt so plant things....and it was mulched instead. The mulch was thin and a few inches of digging you run into the concrete blocks and aren't able to plant much at all. I've had about half of the plants die that we tried to plant. I began having issues with the work soon thereafter it was completed. Water was still a major issue and his solutions did not work. I contacted him several times asking for repairs to be made on pipes that are coming out of the ground that were supposed to be buried. He has made two unannounced trips to my house which has a locked privacy fence so he couldn't properly evaluate or fix anything. He tried to get the Metro Parks to fix some issues he found which I had previous stated the Parks were not willing to fix and knew about. I thanked him for visiting but asked for help from HIM on his part. He stated that he was still thinking about how to fix the problem. It's been over a year and nothing has been fixed. He has never scheduled a time to come look at the yard or do work. I continue to have a messy muddy backyard. He has a two year warranty on his work but it's not being held up. He made a few emails and phone calls to apologize. I asked him to please give me some money back if he didn't know how to fix this like he thought he could and he has not replied. I think over a year is unreasonable and I have been more than patient. Some of the work is still fine, the gutters and drain spouts are good. The retaining wall itself is well made. The beginning to the end of the project was fine. It's just getting him to do the work on the 2 year warranty for things that aren't working or are coming apart. I believe he may have more than he can handle or perhaps doesn't know how to fix it but isn't willing to give any money back to find someone to fix it."

FAQs for greenhouse or conservatorium service projects in Nashville, TN

Begin by choosing a build method that fits your timeline—either a ready-to-assemble kit for speed or a custom design for flexibility. Outline your goals, confirm the budget, and hire professionals for any electrical or plumbing work that requires expertise. Next, create detailed plans, select features such as heating, irrigation, and drainage, and choose a sunny, well-drained site. Following these steps puts your greenhouse on solid, efficient footing.

A small kit can be assembled in a weekend; a mid-size or custom build may take several weeks. The timeline depends on site preparation, material lead times, and whether you’re adding extras like electricity or plumbing. Allow time for grading, foundation work, careful assembly, inspections, and potential weather delays to ensure a durable, efficient structure.

Choose a style that matches your space, climate, and budget. Kits offer quick assembly and predictable pricing, while custom builds allow you to tailor the size, materials, and features to your specific needs. Compare options such as hoop houses, A-frames, or geodesic domes, and factor in local snow loads, wind, and sun exposure. A pro can confirm code requirements and recommend the most cost-effective design.

To seamlessly integrate your greenhouse, plan for both function and curb appeal. Position the greenhouse to capture southern light, keep it close to water and power lines, and match the exterior finishes to those of nearby structures. Proper grading, walkways, and surrounding plantings help the new structure feel intentional, rather than tacked on. A hardscaping professional can align materials and elevations to ensure the greenhouse blends seamlessly with your landscape.
