He did a good job and unclogged the drain. It wasn't easy. He had to run his snake through the clog at least 3 times and blast water down the line to break it up enough to get the line clear. He was easy to talk to and had good advice. He didn't mind discussing the problem and helping me understand what he was doing or how the plumbing works. It was nice that I was able to get through to him when I needed help and didn't have to leave a message on a machine somewhere and wait."

"ABC Remodel did a FANTASTIC job. Mr. Orhan Baser and Mr. Richard Betancourt would personally come to review the work and inform their workers what and how they expected the work to be done. But what also impressed me is that both were very kind to the workers but also did not allow for any negative behavior or sloppy work. It was amazing. They took a terminally basically destroyed house and turned it into a home, a palace, an oasis. I could not believe the transformation of the house. I had no experience in remodeling, and with the help of Mr. Baser and Betancourt they would advise in terms of which tiles to use for my needs, appliances, and on top of that, transformed the entry to an upstairs unit to be more private, thus turning the house into two private entries. In addition, I had an official laundry room with sink and all, which before there was none. I was so touched by their care and attention to details as if it was their own home they were remodeling. I would with eyes closed recommend ABC Remodel to anyone who wants quality, on time work. Oh, and they stand behind their work, responding quickly to any requests. I'd do it again. Because quality is rare to find these days, and cheap work is available but the quality, the workmanship is absent. It's a great investment! It's worth every penny!"

"Be careful of this company. They are not forthright. They came out because they said my sewer line backed up. Okay. They did the work and put in two hideous sewer valves right in front of my garage. I think that was one way to jack up the price because we did not ask for this nor were we told this would be put in. Next, the insurance would pay for part of this; however, they needed a break down of the bill. They would not do that. After about a week of asking for the break down, not understanding why they wouldn't, they sent me fake numbers that were inflated then said they gave me a discount. I calculated it at 64% of one portion of work--very strange. However, one number they broke down showed they charged me for work they did not perform. When I told them to remove it, they garbled something about the work being done because it was charged. Then I asked them to tell me explicitly the amount, not the inflated numbers. They came back and said they are processing a lien on my house. Mind you, this was only two weeks after the work was completed. For my own sanity and to get them out of my life, I paid the bill. I have grave suspicions about this company. Why couldn't they provide a detailed estimate with the exact prices they were charging? At the end, I asked for one price for the insurance to be broken down. They would not provide the break down. Buyer beware with this company. There are so many plumbers, choose another."
