He did not consider the job finished until every last issue was off the punch list. I believe his goal is to never end a ob without leaving a customer completely happy. The "Approximate cost of service" includes everything (cabinets, appliances, supplies on top of services). In my case, everything in the kitchen and dining room from head to toe was replaced. And many extras were done including adding a walk-out door. This was a very large job."
