"We hired this company to do a major renovation to our home, which included replacing flooring throughout the house, removing popcorn ceilings and painting throughout the house, kitchen and half bathroom remodel, new lighting, total renovation of our FROG to include built-in cabinets. The workers were prompt and professional, the owner Rafael was very available with any questions and they worked well with me with changes I made throughout the project. Also, they were flexible with me as far as scheduling work in the rooms that were cleared out, as we remained living in the home during this project and it worked out very well! Below are before and after pic of the kitchen and the FROG."

"I purchased the 3 Room Special from Angie's List for $399 to have my kids bedrooms painted. The house is brand new and has the cheap contractor flat paint on the walls. Steve contacted me within 48 house and we set up a date for him to come view the rooms. After he measured the rooms they were over the square footage. I believe the deal was for 3 13-by-13 rooms. My rooms were 12x16, 12x18, and 10x8, or something close to those dimensions. Steve originally quoted me an extra $80 for the additional square footage, but had no probelm dropping the price down to 50 which was a little more reasonable for me. My husband and I had already primed one of the bigger rooms so he went ahead and painted the ceiling as well in that room for no additional charge, but wanted to charge $150 for the other two rooms. I felt the price was a bit much since the ceiling in the biggest room is small because the walls angle on each side of the room so it's not square. Luckily since the rooms were painted white you really can't tell the ceilings were not painted. I chose to use the paint he recommened which was Sherwin Williams and for a 5 gallon bucket he charged us $120 which I thought was very reasonable. He was 10 minutes early, and ready to get started. I am 100 percent happy with the job he did. He did not make a mess and was very professional. I would definitely use him again based off the price from Angie's list, but the other price he quoted for the ceiling just seemed to be extremely high for the size of the two ceilings.

"I'm so happy with my kitchen/dining room extension. Our first floors works so much better now and the new space looks amazing Geoff with First Quality Contracting was communicative, timely, skilled and effective. I'm so happy with the work."

"Took a while to get scheduled, work turned out well.  Owner didn't really follow up any or check on crew at all.  Would have added some work for them if they did.  Demo crew was really unprofessional.  Made a mess of the house."

"This company has honesty and integrity--the most important qualities I could ask for in a contractor. They are fairly priced and they will do what they say! Could not recommend them more."

"All around knowledgeable of home maintenance and even easy suggestions of upgrades."

"He basically climbed up to my roof and took pictures. No maintenance was performed. He told me to look at the Algae or "discoloration" because I need a whole new roof. "Its time" he said. I was immediately skeptical. He did say that there was one section that could probably Just be repaired when I Questioned him. I asked for 2 estimates 1) for a new roof 2) for the repair He never sent me either. I never heard from him again.
