"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"If your in CoeurdAlene, IDaho or vicinity, and need any construction work done on your house, this company was the one that fixed Dabellas mess who left my house sitting like the money pit for over 2 yrs after Ethan Rudometkin , owner of ER Renovation Inc destroyed our siding doing $87,000 in damages in less than 20 hrs work and ran stealing close to $10,000 we put down for windows and paint and changed his business name to ER Renovation and Construction LLC. I went thru living hell for over 2 yrs between Dabella and Ethan Rudometkin. To this day he is perfectly fine with destroying my house and pocketing all my loan money. Karma will get him when he least expects it and he will have to suffer the consequences. I gave him several chances to make it right and my last text to Ethan giving him one last chance to return our money and pay 1/2 the damages by July1, 2023 He called the cops saying I was harassing him when I hadnâ t contacted him in over a year!!!Hes got some pretty small kahunas to even try such a thing. Like I said, Karma will get him when he least expects it and I take great pleasure in that wonderful thought!!! I donâ t trust contractors anymore except for 1 company and owners Jeremy and Jacob are a great team with a great crew. They did a beautiful job fixing and redoing all brickwork that looked like a 3 Yr old gave it a go. I even had a brick fall on my head as dumbass Dabella worker thought it would stay without securing it to my house. The also fixed the messed up hardy plank siding Job and did a super great job fixing other contractor mistakes. I recommend very highly this company that fixed my house very nicely. Hereâ s a pic of there quality work and a copy of there card. You wonâ t be disappointed in their work and I would trust them with my life after getting the royal screw treatment by Spokane, wa. Dabella and Ethan Rudometkin. These guys are organized and take pride in their quality work. They stand behind there name and are Definitely Reliable, Respectful , professional, clean worksite, and very kind. I enjoyed spoiling them all as I appreciated there detailed quality workmanship."
