"I was contacted about repairing my washer. The techs came out the day I called, diagnosed the problem, returned with the part the following week. It had to be ordered. Not only did they repair my washer, they helped me with the dryer. They were polite, helpful, and good senses of humor. I think it was a bit expensive, but was worth the prompt and professional service."

"Andi came and diagnosed the issue with our dryer quickly and provided a fair and good recommendation. We decided to replace the old dryer rather than repair it. We were happy with the service provided"

"D & M was terrific. Danny arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our washer. He explained our options and the cost of each, and then made the repair. He made sure everything was working before he finished, cleaned some mold and mildew out of the washer, and took the time to make sure that I understood how the problem happened and how to prevent it going forward. He cleaned our dryer vent and dryer very thoroughly. I will definitely call D & M next time that I have an appliance issue."

"Responded immediately and quickly set up an appointment, was very thorough in diagnosing and clearly explaining the issues with the washer, will use this pro for any future appliance issues!"

"Great service from our technician Jamell! He quickly solved the problem with our gas dryer, had the parts ordered in a day, and completed the repair on a Saturday morning. I will absolutely call Mr Appliance again! Thanks guys."

"Very professional and personable. My washer works great. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors."

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"Excellent service by Lakendra, who repaired our dishwasher. She was professional, friendly, efficient and exceptionally tidy on the two occasions she came. She was right on time and kept us informed regarding her time of arrival. Highly recommend Lakendra!"

"Global Repairs did an excellent job repairing our French door refrigerator/freezer. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and once the parts came in quickly fixed it. I highly recommend them and would use them again."

"UPDATED 10/30/2020: This is a revision of the 10/7/20 review. They did refund the overpayment and I'm glad that they have been working to make sure that they fixed the problem. They kept me informed about the schedule and arrived and checked the washing machine and determined that it was not the washing machine but I needed an electrician (When the electrician arrived after extensive searching they discovered that the problem was the sump pump) which has now been repaired). They quoted me a fee for the service call. While they were there I asked them about another appliance I was having trouble with. They took a peek and indicated what they thought was the matter and what would be needed for the repair. They gave me a bill for the quoted repair and I paid it by charge card. I was shocked to see that I was charged double the amount I was quoted when I looked at my credit card statement. I'm not sure if they charged me double because they looked at the other appliance, if it was a mistake or something else but I wish they had informed me that I was being charged more. As for the would I hire again I wish there was a maybe button."
