"they came in to clear a drain clog and had to remove old pipiing and replace it and it turned out more of a project than expected but no complaints they did it all with expertise, more work they expected but got it done and good to go , its a old house built in 1928 so was a challenge but it was done in a timely fashion with alot of knowledge to get it done correctly. "Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."
