"Carpentry Plus Building came to our rescue to build a deck for my mom after a disastrous experience with a different contractor that we ended up firing. They picked up where the other contractor left off (something others were not willing to do). I originally contacted them on a Friday at 4:30 pm. To my surprise, they got back with me within an hour and continued to engage for several hours after that, ultimately providing a very reasonable quote for an unusual deck installation. Every single step of the way, Brad and Lauri were professional, courteous, honest, and trustworthy. They did exactly what they said they would do and either showed up on time, or early. The entire job was completed in less than two weeks from the day I contacted them, and three weeks sooner than they estimated. The workmanship and craftsmanship was exceptional with an unparalleled attention to detail. They even cleaned my mom's windows when they were done! These are people who clearly care about the quality of their work and also know a thing or two about how to treat customers. "We have a very unusal fit counter top for our kitchens.  Have not had one put in that was good at all.  The design makes it difficult to work with, but they called me back right away when I asked for a bid, I was able to send them a drawing of the counter we have, had a quote back within 12 hours.  When we accepted the bid they came right out, measured everything up, picked out our match color.  They had the counter top made and installed with in 5 days.  They did a fantastic job, the counter top is better then I could have ever asked for.  I will use them in the future!"

"Extremely easy to work with~I had spoken to 4 different remodeling companies, and this is the only one that got back to me with a detailed quote on exactly what they would do with a break down of the charges. Started the job on the day as planned, were able to work with me and around a couple of issues that were not anticipated. Finished the job as planned in 3 weeks."

"Quality of product installed and workmanship I am pleased with. However, post install is why I have deemed necessary to leave this review. The crew left food waste in our yard and gutters. Lawn was not adequately swept for nails and staples. Upon reinstalling my TV antenna, observed pieces of shingle, siding, aluminum flashing, nails and staples in one gutter. This prompted me to inspect all gutters, where I found more of the same. Had two exhaust vents installed for bathroom fans. The crew did not leave necessary couplers to connect provided duct to vents in attic. The project manager provided necessary couplings by personally delivering to my house which I am appreciative of. Discovered packaging material from shingles, along with shingle remnants in my attic. The sales presentation and documentation was why I chose Palmer Construction over lowest bidder, about $5000. The owner and sales person have yet to reply to my emails and/or phone messages. The project manager is the only staff who contacted me and followed up. Not how I would run my business or manage my staff. They also jeopardized an opportunity to earn an additional project. I got a new roof which hopefully will last until I move and they got my money."
