"I met with Greg, showed him the Anderson windows I wanted (the same ones I used for previous replacements, showed him my receipts). There was no attempt to sell me something else; he acknowledged that they are good windows and were available. The installation went quickly (a four-man team worked it). The garden window was installed with braces, which required removing a section of vinyl siding and installing a piece of sheathing for firm support. Everything was very neatly trimmed with aluminum and caulked. I plan to use them again for my remaining window replacements when the time comes. The price seemed a bit high (based on what I know I paid for the same windows several years ago), but the work was done quickly, professionally, and with no mess left behind. They hauled off all the old junk. Easy Peasy."

"I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers. "There was an issue with the original installation. The posts were a slight bit too tall and caused things to shift a bit. I contacted Jake and he sent his guys out to take a look. They gave me some options and I decided to have them shorten the posts, which they did at no additional cost. I was prepared to have a long drawn-out battle. You know...you hear the stories or may have gone through it yourself. Not these guys. They stood behind their work and made it right. I would not hesitate to hire them again."
