"Mike came out and I showed him what I needed done: clean the hall carpets of 2 apartment buildings including 2 staircases in each and one apartment. He took measurements and filled out an estimate on the spot. He clearly explained the process and how the cleaning would be done. He gave me a date for the following week. I called a couple of days later asking if I could add another apartment to the job and he was very accommodating. He came out with 2 helpers and completed the work in about 5 hours. They did a fantastic job and the 2 year old carpets that had ground in dirt from daily tenant traffic look new again. I'm considering having them done every 6 months to increase the carpets longevity. If you're looking for great carpet cleaning at a reasonable price (I did get other estimates that were much higher), I strongly recommend Healthy Indoors Carpet Cleaning."

Scott came by within just a couple days of our request for a quote and talked us through everything, showed us tons of wood samples, gave us very professional advice and a quote for all the work we discussed. 1.5 weeks later the wood was dropped off, and the following week the floors were installed (took only 2.5 days for the install of 3 bedrooms and connecting hallway). His high energy, flooring knowledge and a communication was a welcome breath of fresh air. We decided on an English walnut stain and a Bona polyurethane in a Semi Gloss finish. The workers showed up on time, treated my house with respect, left it cleaner than they found it and when it was all finished Greg came by, walked thru the entire project and wanted to make sure I was completed satisfied before he took final payment. "Jose showed up on time for the estimate. He put it in writing in a contract that was not written in clear english. I sent a deposit and texted for a work date. When he finally called me, he did not even know if he'd received the deposit. He told me he'd do the work with 6 guys. His brother-in-law shoed up with one guy. House came out great except for dirty windows. But the stone patio and walkways were damaged. After they left, I picked up pieces of bluestone and concrete. They offered t come back and fix it for a price to be determined. But I hired someone else. I would not hire them again."
