"Ken's refinishing team, led by Donnie, did an excellent job on all four of these separate projects we had done by Memory Mender during 2016. The stripping projects were done in a complete manner, the distressing of the coffee table nicely matched a desired "look" based upon pictures we provided, and the "worm wood" coffee table involved a sub that Ken recommended for some needed professional saw cuts. "We hired Eugen to paint our cabinets and to install a new backsplash in our kitchen. He did an excellent job with both. He paid attention to detail and he applied more layers of paint to the cabinets then originally planned. He stuck to his quote and didn t charge us any more even though he spent more time than he had estimated. He was efficient, friendly, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards."

However, I had a difficult time negotiating the terms of the deal without committing to more than what I wanted, what was pre-purchased, and maybe more than what was needed. The provider should not have invested half of the hours purchased into the job then say that the whole thing needed to be replaced; this did not sit well with me. We finally agreed on how to complete the job which added a couple more hours, one of which I paid for and the other was given complimentary since the whole thing took 7 weeks from purchase time until completion for 6 hours worth of work. "When they manufactured my first cover they got it wrong, but when I called them about it, they quickly reacted and got me the right one.  They were nice about it, no hassles or anything.   The work they did turned out excellent.  I'd say they do good work; they make a mistake, they fix it. "

"The wall looks amazing. It was a fairly tricky job given the rotted state of existing shed/garage and the remaining structure. Christopher was not only able to replace the wall but actually true up the existing shed and provide reinforced corner posts which will most definitely outlast the rest of the structure. The wall replaced takes the brunt of the weather and actually opened up in our last wind storm so attention to detail, true framing and quality work were required for this job. Scheduling was a bit tough fitting in our small job between large jobs in between some short-staffing issues but Christopher himself was able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time after estimate. It was difficult to find someone willing to even take on the job so if you have any oddball carpentry related jobs that require a bit of thought or previous experience, don't hesitate to call Christopher. We'll be sure to re-engage him with our next home job.

"Eco Roofs did a great job getting a new metal roof up on my cabin before the snow started this winter. They came in with the lowest bid which was for a cheaper metal roof that used exposed fasteners and upgraded me to a better roof without exposed fasteners. The crew worked through rainy conditions on a slick 12/12 cedar shake roof doing the tear off with speed and professionalism. They also were very thorough installing the new roof with an eye for detail and a pride of workmanship. They were all very friendly and took the time to address my questions and concerns. I could not ask for better service and I felt like I made some new friends with all the Eco Roofing installers and staff."

"The house looks fantastic. He took care of everything. This deck required engineered drawings, which he had made. He got all the permits for us. There was electrical involved and found an electrician and acted as general contractor for that as well. Really I mean he was just a very detailed. If it didn't suit him he redid it. I can't say anything bad about him. He also replaced a door and had a custom door made. The price was good given that this deck was probably about 14 x 27. It has a under deck system to channel the water that goes through it and then under that we had can lights installed. It looks fantastic. If I called them I got a response probably within minutes, or text. If he said he was going to be here at a certain time he was so I can't complain. We have had plenty of contractors and I can't say that about them. I would use him again."
