I decided to give them a try and boy! did they deliver. I placed the call to them and the lady that answered the phone was very nice and answered all my preliminary questions on which opener would be best the cost, time etc. On the day of the install I was expecting a call that afternoon since the time given to me for my install was 2-5pm. To my surprise! the technician called me around 11:00 or so to state he was in the area and was I available...Wow!! I was excited because this freed up my afternoon so I could do other things.The technician Jake was very respectful to me and my home, he answered all my questions and explained exactly what he would be doing for the install. He did an outstanding job! made sure I knew how to work my new opener and the remotes, answered any additional questions I had, left my home as he found it, very professional! Dan, Travis and Camile are AMAZING at handling problems, not hiding them, and coming up with a solution. My project was finished months ago, but my towel rack kept coming loose. Travis came and repaired it with no questions asked. This company is beyond professional and provides a VERY detailed plan and invoice. I will be using them again."
