"pete was on time for the first time we meet. i like that. he was hired to clean my pool which i failed to cover up and pre-winterize the pool. he shocked the pool until all the green algae was all gone and the water was clear once again. i also had them service the pool filtration pump and asked him to cover the pool up to prevent debris from falling in. petes a great guy and has been responsive to all my emails. i would hire in again.

"I was super impressed with the flagstone work around my pool.  The guy that did it was one of the best I've seen. They worked extremely fast and got the job done.  The only thing I would say is be careful in selecting your pool liner.  I sent pictures of what I wanted but when I saw the small swatch it doesn't really show how it will look and since I am not a pool professional I couldn't tell. It would have been great if I could have seen it in a pool or a picture first.  I was disappointed with the pool color which was partly my fault in selecting it but I couldn't tell from that swatch. Overall the they seemed to be helpful and professional. I liked their employees and subcontractors.

"The service went fine. I had them install an outlet. I had to pay quite a bit more for the specific outlet I needed. Two electricians came out and completed the job in about 2 hours or so. They did a fine job. I had no problem scheduling the deal."

From our first meeting, we felt that they were the only company that took time to listen to us and understand not only our vision, but how best to make it happen within our very sloped, highly complicated back yard. Within days, we had a professional design rendering that blew us away as compared to the mediocre ones from the bigger companies that took weeks to deliver and not nearly as professional (some were hand drawn and mailed to us). "5 star service. I have cleaned my own pool for years and didn't think I could afford to hire someone. Due to a back injury I had no choice. I hired Pool 45 and I wish I had done so years ago. From the start Demetrius was very professional and courteous over the phone. He arrived on time and called to let me know 1/2 hour in advance he was on the way. Demetrius did all he said and more. He cleaned my patio, added the necessary chemicals and took his time to make sure the job was done right at a price that made me feel stupid for ever cleaning my pool myself. I will continue to use Pool 45 in the future and recommend them highly"

"Having a pool built can be a stressful experience given the customization nature of the work and the significant cost. Communication and patience are critical to keeping your sanity during the process (this is our second one). Courtney (our project manager) is a saint. I am a stickler for time lines and my wife is particular about…well everything. From the first visit to their showroom ( when we shopped other pool builders they were the only ones to have their own showroom) we felt confident we were going to get the care and quality we expected for such a large purchase. Courtney delivered through the whole journey. She helped my wife select patterns and colors for each stage and was always patient and helpful even after my wife changed her mind more than once. Ken was diligent in communicating schedule changes (mostly due to weather) and even though I understood the changes due to weather I can be impatient but Ken and Courtney were always professional. So it was a great experience and beautiful craftsmanship once completed. I highly recommend them and look forward to have them continue beyond the build with their pool service."
