"Had a. Hot water heater replaced. Job was very professional and well done. Would definitely recommend this business."

"They demonstrated excellence in understanding the need, responsiveness, communicating every action to be taken ahead of time, calculating a fair estimate, explaining options for replacement, timeliness, and exceeding all expectations. Our technician, Zach Womer was outstanding in diagnosing the issues with my water heater, recommending replacements by listing the strengths and limitations of each choice, explaining the installation, confirming the availability of the replacement, estimating installation timing accurately, completing the job thoroughly and neatly, and most of all always staying in touch including after the services were provided. Poseidon and Zach are outstanding and deserving of customers' confidence."

"Seaside Plumbing is my go to company for quick, efficient service for my homes plumbing needs. Tom Hennessey just finished installing a new “brass ball lever water main valve” in my basement. It works so much smoother than the old plastic red tee handle main water valve."

"Jeff Matthews of Precision Plumber did excellent work. He was friendly and professional. He coordinated his job with other workers and left the worksite clean. He was efficient and stayed late to complete the work. Very professional. Knew what he was doing. I would definitely use him again for future work. The tankless gas hot water heater works great!

"Jim came out and replaced the faucet. He was punctual, professional & personable. I was very pleased with his price. I anticipate some larger upcoming projects and will definitely call JM Stephens. I would highly recommend him."

"he was on time, clean and professional. He replaced a food disposer. I was impressed enough to discuss another project with him and will hire him to do the full plumbing portion of a new bathroom renovation."

"Just wish installer had showed me how to open electric disconnect switch. Heater now blocks the cover. Otherwise installation was done in an excellent manner."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
