Brandon came out and measured the kitchen and identified a light switch and plug that needed to be repositioned on the wall. Luis came in and did an excellent job installing the new stone. "We've used Davis and Green before and were delighted with their service so naturally, when the need arose, we called again. Scot came out to the house to replace our whole flood light assembly with a fixture we purchased from an outside vendor. Scot found that the light in the package was not the light on the box. We decided to install it anyway and the light is just fine. What I love about Scot is that he is extremely detail oriented and pointed out every feature that was different so I was able to go back to the vendor and show them as well. Chris was the first one I met and I had ALOT of questions but he made sure to help answer them and if he couldn't Joey did! Everyone from Joey, Will, Diego, Daniel and Chris stayed on top of making sure I had what I needed to fix everything. "I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."
