The only reason I checked "B" for Responsiveness is that CZ Plumbing had told me they would come the day before, gave me a time range, but then I heard nothing--when I finally reached Chuck late in the day, he explained that Zach had been working on a job out of cell phone range and was unable to contact anyone. We rescheduled for June 8th, the next day, and everything worked out very well. I realize that, in rural Maine especially, these things can happen.
