"Brian is a man of his word. This is an extremely rare trait in the construction business. Everything he did was well done and he did not quit until it was completed to our expectations. <br /> Sometime after the installation we had an issue with the finish on some of the doors. We had already paid him in full, however, when we called him he was there within a day or two to pick up the doors and refinish them. They were promptly returned to us and re-installed. <br /> There is no doubt in my mind that we will use him again for future projects if for no other reason just his commitment to his customers. <br />"

"It went very well , I ordered the cabinets the end of Aug and it took about a month for them to complete they were done and ready to install the last week in Sept there was a problem with the stain color but Tom ensured they were done right and I was happy . They are a very Professional group of Kraftsmen and the cabinets are High Quality <br />"

"The kitchen is still a work in progress. We had a large problem with Lowe's, as their Interior Design "expert" did not leave enough room for a two hole sink and failed to mention this to us. The sink cabinet is the size of a bathroom vanity, and we were not aware of it until after it was installed. We have the dishwasher on one side of where the sink will be (if we ever get it installed) and had planned to put an ice machine on the other side. Because of this error, we cannot put in the ice machine, and have instead put a matching cabinet there. This way, we can put in a two hole sink, although it will not be perfectly centered under the window. <br /> Lowe's DID give us a free 18" to put in place of the ice machine, after we complained and threatened to take the problem to their corporate office and then to the press. In the meantime, we have a useless ice maker in our entryway. I covered it with a table cloth and put potted plants on it for now. I'm not quite sure what we will do with it. <br /> But, back to 3D Construction! They were extremely punctual, very professional, and the arches they built are gorgeous! They have come back twice to do little touch ups, even after being paid. It's been my experience that this kind of service is extremely rare. My only complaint on them is extremely minor. One of the helpers spit tobacco juice in one of my trash cans, and it didn't have a liner. I requested that he take it outside and hose it down, which he did. But ewwww......"

"Starting on 4/22/13, R&R has 1) scraped the popcorn off all the ceilings in the house 2) replaced carpet in basement with tile 3) replaced main floor with hardwoods 3) painted all interior walls, 4) replaced the powder room door with a pocket door 5) updated the kitchen (closed off 2 doorways, moved & enlarged the pass-thru, removed soffits, replaced fluorescent lights with can lights, installed custom cabinets, ran gas line for cooktop) 6) replaced all interior doors 7) replaced bannister with knee wall 8) updated powder room and guest bath in basement. They're about to update the master bath (last room left). I'm very pleased with their work (which is why I keep using them). Their subs are polite and (for the most part) clean up after themselves. The work has been done to my satisfaction (cause I let them know when I'm not happy)."

"Worked started on time and painting was generally acceptable. Small residual wall paint on ceiling in hallway. Overall fairly neat and uniform. Door trim was not removed for painting and some residue on brass trim. A subcontractor was used for cabinet doors, wall paper removal and texturing of downstairs bathroom. Their work was excellent."
