The big thing, he could have easily racked up extra fees by replacing the back cover and pushing the dryer back in place but gave us the option to leave it out and sabe some labor fees. This is a big Electrolux dryer with LOTS of screws needed to replace the back and top cover. Would be a half hour just to do that, only to take it all a part again when he came back out to put the new part in. We would highly recommend Smock and they will be the very first ones we call if we need any other repairs."
