"First day 3 men showed up from Rochester, 2.5 hours away! Very nice, polite and went right into installing. I had a prior commitment so they left early, back two days later and finished the installation> Shut off our power and the generator started, all power back on, awesome! Explained sequence of future maintenance, reset everything then left! Perfect no problems would recommend the workers , will let you know about the generators at a later date! "
