I guess he returned early because he called that Friday and came over on Saturday. I showed him what I needed done and received an email with his proposal on Monday. I asked when could he start and he said they could start tomorrow, Tuesday. It is Friday evening and everything on the list if not only fixed, it is fixed perfectly, with the highest quality material. <br /> His crew of carpenters, painters etc. were the most professional tradesmen you could ask for. Nothing was done hastily. Everything was done right. They worked on one door for hours because they were not happy with a very minor adjustment. You do not find this kind of help today. They worked on my house as if it were their own. <br /> When I let him know I wanted him to do the work he let me know that unlike other contractors he does not require any money up front and will not expect to be paid until I was completely satisfied. I knew I was in good hands. <br /> The following is a copy of his proposal listing everything they were contracted to do. I could not be happier with them. They all are true professionals and skilled in their trade. <br /> His last man left here around 7 pm. He stuck around to hang the new solar security lights that arrived yesterday. There were several color finishes to choose from, and the quality is excellent. The crew showed up each day ready to work, and were polite and friendly. They replaced rotten sills and fascia before covering with vinyl. We had to wait about 8 weeks from the quote because of their schedule, but once the work began, it was completed within a week."

"<p>We have generally not been very pleased with the landscape division of Wayne's. I have had positive dealings with the pest control and termite areas of the company in terms of price and quality of work, but the landscape area hasn't lived up to my expectations. </p> <p>1) They do not always come on the same days or consistently throughout the year to cut my grass.</p> <p>2) There have been at least 2 times in the last year where they did not cut a fairly large portion of my yard.</p> <p>3) They cut my grass far too low and now it looks horrible</p> <p>4) my contract stipulates that they will trim back my shrubbery. They have not done this one time without me complaining about. I expect them to trim them back as needed--I should not have to remind them periodically to do it.</p> <p>5) The yard is less green than it was with Trugreen/Chemlawn. This is likely due to not fertilizing at the correct times</p> <p>6) I have tried to enlist them to do some general landscape work in my flower beds (installing drainage) and the price they quoted me was ridiculous ($1000 for about 6 hours work). It was apparent that they had no interest in doing the install.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>At this point the only thing keeping me with Wayne's landscape is the pest control services I receive and the lower price I get from bundling.</p> <br />"
