"Could not fix the actual faucet hose. They replaced the faucet with the least expensive one they had with them, as we are going to replace/upgrade our countertops with a new sink. Inspected other plumbing in the bathrooms for training of new employee. Provided us a discount on the faucet for the training allowed. Very professional. Part of a team, which includes Dustin, Tyson, Alex, Joel, Nate, Logan, Jacob M, Adam, Don, Javier, Sade and Seth. Thanks for the timely response and good service."

"Not only did Matt do excellent work, but he was on time both days he was out, first to troubleshoot and service my hot water heater. In addition, a leak formed the day after the service work at a valve and he made a special trip out to fix that too. I also talked to BJ in their office several times and they took the time to research the answer for any of the questions I had about their policies and the new equipment I wound up buying to replace my old set up. I am very happy with everything related to this project."
