"Our garage door had broken so I went to Angie’s List to find top rated garage door suppliers. IGD was one of the three recommended. In less than a minute from the time the form was submitted online, Fran from IGD had called me. She informed me of the various options and the companies whose doors they installed. We set up an appointment for the next day. I contacted a total of four companies and two came to see the door that same day. One said he could repair it but it might last only 6-12 months. Both companies said they would send me estimates by email for new doors. They took 5 days to send the estimates. Isaac from IGD came the next day as scheduled. He said it could be repaired easily and he would give a 4-year warranty. Plus, he had all the necessary steel reinforcements and supplies in his truck (including a 16’ piece of angle steel, which he used) and he would repair it immediately. I also asked for estimates on various types of new doors. He made the call there and had the estimates for three different types of doors in about 10 minutes. The repair for the door was 35% of the least expensive door, so we had him repair our door. In about 1 ½ hours he was finished and the door works great, better than it ever has. Plus it was done on the spot! I am not sure what I would have done if I had waited for the other highly rated companies as I would not have a working garage door for a long time. I highly recommend IGD. They deserve 6 stars. His repair was a quality job, Isaac is very professional and skillful, and their new door prices were $200-$300 less that the same doors that the other companies quoted. I have already recommended IGD to a contractor friend and others. Go with IGD, as you will not be disappointed. If your door can be repaired, it will be done quickly and will be much cheaper than a new door. If you need a new door, they will probably be less than other companies."
