"We hired Trident plumbing to install a Flo Water Leak Detection device. We had a hard time finding a plumber who is familiar with the device. Also, many of the plumbers who came out were reluctant to do the work because the area where the main shut off valve is located, is very tight to reroute the pipe and install the Flo device. We received quotes ranging from $500 -$3500 and work statement which involved removing water heater or tearing out a wall from the closet to get to the main shut off valve. Luckily, Davon from Trident Plumbing was familiar and knowledgable with Flo. He was very creative in coming up with a configuration where the main shut off valve, PRV and Flo device can be easily accessible without removing water heater or tearing out a wall. Also, we really appreciated his suggestion to replace the 25 year old PRV and the main shut off valve with a ball valve which is much easier to turn off and on in case of emergency. After Davon completed the work, he performed a thorough check to ensure everything worked properly. He even checked the water heater for us. "Raymond and his crew did an excellent job repiping our home all the way to the street! This involved pipes to 1 and 3/4 baths, a kitchen, two outdoor faucets, and a hot water heater. We felt take care of every step of the way and everyone was very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative, and friendly. Our house is older and they made all the super tight spaces and the surprising things done in previous jobs by other people look easy to handle and fix. They kept to their estimated timeline and budget! They also minimized the number of drywall holes that needed to be made to gain access to the fixtures and hook-ups. The upstairs bathroom shower tile was kept in tact by finding ways to get through to the lines from the other side of the wall through a tiny hole made in the back of the towel closet. Same for the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet. Raymond and crew found a way to do one bathroom at a time while keeping the water on at night so we were able to stay in our home while they worked throughout the day. This was much appreciated! Their attention to details and communication were top notch. Everything from putting the grass back on top of the trench that was dug from the street to our house to adding a cap on one of our outdoor faucets. Bringing us up to code in all areas including drilling through our concrete foundation further down than before and adding a new hot water pressure release valve. No more orange water! Actual hot water pressure in each sink and shower! Whole new main stack! No leaks! No more slow drains! Incredibly impressed! Highly recommended!"

"Pete, the owner is a very decent man.  I think he had some family issues during the time of the job which caused him to be hard to reach at times.  That said, he was never out of contact for more than a day or so.  Most the work was done well.  In a couple cases, I felt I really had to lean on him to lean on his subs.  Specifically, the materials used in the cabinet package were defective.  They should have been inspected when delivered and NEVER installed in the first place.  It took a couple long and frustrating months to get the situation corrected.  I realize Pete had to convince his sub to stand by his product, but isn't that why you hire a GC?  In the final analysis, the cabinets look  good, but it was a very rough road to get there.  One still isn't right, but it is no longer worth the hassle.  
Second, after the unit was painted, we decided the color was wrong.  We paid for a second coat in a slightly different color.  While we paid full price for the second coat, it is very clear much less care was taken (paint splatter, very thin coverage, lack of neatness). That was disappointing. There were a couple punch list items we decided to correct ourselves.
The work was done at a ski condo at Snoqualmie pass.  Pete did a great job managing the project within the challenges a condo HOA can present.  He really shined at that.   He and his fellows are good, decent, caring guys who are as honest as they  come.  His price was reasonable for the quality of work performed.  He met, though did not exceed my expectations.
