"Albout 14 units replaced but there were some issues with cabinets that had to be repaired since the employee damaged the doors. The damaged was repaired. There was a clall back on several of the heaters but that was a function of the heater manufacturer. These items were addressed and put in working order. There was some concern that the heaters were seconds but we were assured that this was not the case. I think the job was too large and smaller jobs will be handled apropriately

"Howard arrived on 9/30/13 exactly on time and started installing the tiles in my master bathroom. I have basic handyman skills so I assisted ( at my own choosing ) with mixing the mortar and cutting the tile . Howard did the brunt of the installation and he was done fairly quickly.  The next day he arrived to grout the tiles.   When he was finished, the tiles looked amazing.  Howard's pricing is very reasonable. Total time spent for both visits was just under 3 hours. It's hard to find good contractors that are trustworthy.  I am very pleased and will contact Howard for future help.

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
