"Joe, came to my home to because I had no water. We had agreed upon 8:00 am he text and said he would be there by 7:30. When he arrived I showed him the garage where the house equipment was located. The first thing he noticed was that the water tank switch was installed incorrectly (the switch has been there for 27 years) I had the home built. Then he notice something not up to code. Showed him the well pump and he assess the pump. Joe then tells me my pump failed and would need to be replaced. The price would be 3,500 for the pump and 800.00 to replace the electrical components inside the well. I kindly paid him the $60.00 service fee and said good bye. The next company came at 10:00 am and replaced my pump in about 40 minutes and saved me over $2,000.00! This company stated my wiring was good and everything was fine inside the garage. Folks do your research- if something does not seem right it?s NOT! He left my breaker switch off and turned my range off breaker off!"

"Initial water heater replacement happened 5 years ago, and went fine. However, given our water heater feeds into our heating system, evidently pressure builds up in the water heater more than usual, and lead to a failure after just 5 years. A simple pressure tank would have prevented my latest issue, but since it "wasn't required by code" then, and I wasn't told that it would be a good idea, one was not installed. So, fast forward to 5 years later, and though the tank itself was covered, they charged me over $1000 to replace it. They were only hear for 4 hours, so we're talking about $250/hour, and that is outrageously overpriced. I appreciate that they added an pressure relief tank this time (it's code now, so I'm not sure they had a choice), but I still believe the tank would not have needed to be replaced if they'd gone above "what code requires" in the first place. Going to the minimum and not beyond is not what I'm looking for in service, so I will be looking for someone who goes above and beyond next time."

"The repairmen arrived on time and immediately put on slippers that covered their shoes to prevent damaging my floors. They realized the problem and notified me of what was wrong and gave me the final cost to repair the sink. Despite the job being a bit more complicated, I wasn’t charged extra. Both repairman were competent and polite. Great representatives for their company. Would hire them again without hesitation."

"DO NOT USE THEM FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE!! We had a plumbing emergency and they had to come out THREE separate times over the next 12 hours due to negligence on the part of the technician. Even though it wasn't fixed until the next day they still charged us almost $200 just for an emergency fee. We attempted contacting the owner to ask them to make it right, but they just ignored us and never called us back. We continued to call until we finally got through and they refused to do anything to satisfy us. We will be spreading the word about this negligent work as well as failure to stand behind their service."
