Ultimately, I chose them because they located an issue with the deck that was not picked up by the other contractors. At the end of the project I found their workmanship to be quite good. "It went very well. They showed up by 7 a m and got started right away. Both men were proffesional and nice. The house which has alluminum siding and brick were completely cleaned. It looks 100% better and we couldn't be happier. While they were here I also had my front concrete porch and sidewalk power washed along with having my gutters cleaned out for an extra cost. All of this work done was worth every penny. We will be using them again in the future and will be referring this company to other home owners."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"About average.  This was a part of a Handyman "Big Deal" and was clearly a marketing tools to drum up new business for Creative Hands. I did not have major projects to add on. I felt forgotten.  To date, Creative Hands still owes me a few hours of work but its been so long, I've forgotten the details.  The workers even forgot a power tool which I tried to coordinate the return but they weren't interested.  They were just too busy for me.  I will say the work that was done was done well.   I would not use this company for small jobs....they are clearly organized for major renovations.
