"Today Oxbow came out and replaced my Electrical Panel. Cody and Andrew did a fantastic job. They were on time actually a little early. The new panel and wiring is neat and they installed it just as I wanted. Both were polite and worked till completion. Oxbow's prices were very reasonable and they actually installed 2 additional GFCI breakers for safety that were not originally quoted. I would definitely use them again. "After looking for someone for a very long time I came across Joe on Angie's List.  He said he was about a week out and the next week he called as promised.  The jets had not worked in a couple of years but when we powered it up, everything worked!  Joe took the time to inspect the threads on a nozzle that popped out on start up.  One was broken and he said he'd try to find another nozzle.  He reinstalled the nozzle and it has stayed put so far.  Joe provided a lot of information and said he didn't see the need to open up the panel at this point since all was working.  I agreed.  If the problem reappears there is no doubt I will call Joe.  A trust worthy good guy.

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
