Mr. Eric O. was our field inspector and I can not begin to express how impressed we were with his knowledge and professionalism! I would give him and JES more than 5 stars if I could! Eric went through the home very carefully and was able to explain why we were having some minor drywall cracks and it was not related to the foundation. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Was originally only planning on having him unload some basic items from our shipment but when we discovered that our U-Haul movers had basically buried most of our important furniture in the back of our U-Box storage containers, Larry was quick to jump on fixing our issue. With Larry's help we were able to get all 8 U-Boxes emptied and our storage boxes into all the right locations. "Mr Machen has impressive skill with both removing difficult 1930's steel windows and installing replacement windows. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.
