"We ordered our new countertops from Home Depot and that experience went well. Then we scheduled for our measurements and they canceled the day off because a worker called in sick, OK, inconvenient but it happens. We finally got measurements and the guy was pleasant. Then I rearrange my schedule and completely tear up my kitchen and move out my appliances for the installation and confirm the day before, guess what? a different guy calls off the day of. This is a big inconvenience now because I have no kitchen and have to feed a family of 4. The installers finally make it the next day and I admit the countertop looks great, however, they told me they would leave the new clips for the dishwasher and it's been 3 days now. To sum it up, new countertops look great, professionalism, not so great."

"Cutting Edge was hired by our contractor to build custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and a very professional job of hanging the cabinets by Viktor. Sadly, i cannot say the same for the installation of the hardware and final positioning of the cabinet door. Basically, it will need to be done again. There are huge gaps between the door, little effort to clean up , and the employee ruined a series of plants in our driveways."
