"We had a significant horizontal crack in our basement foundation. Even though I had never heard of Rogers Basement Waterproofing, I was impressed by the number and the ratings of their reviews. The appraiser came over promptly with a full explanation of the work they would be doing. The cost estimate was a lot less than I had anticipated. He returned a few days later when a city engineer visited to approve the work to be done. The work crew was large, and all of the guys were courteous, hard-working, and thorough professionals. They patched the large crack, tore up the perimeter of the floor along three walls to install drainage, installed six I-beams along the wall with the crack, replaced the sump pump, put in new drain lines from two downspouts and the sump pump, painted all interior basement walls, and poured concrete for the basement floor and a section of the sidewalk that had been taken out to install a drain line. All of this was done in a day and a half, which was both faster and for a lower cost than I had expected.
