"I don't really know what I would do without Tom and Jesse.  They are super friendly, will do anything to please me, help in every way they can, often do tasks that are not even on our agreed upon "list".  Fantastic craftsmen, hard workers, professional in every way.  I pay them $60 per hour total  for 2 skilled men, and when it comes to the bigger jobs, Tom always quotes me a very fair price and the actual cost never runs over the estimate.  In fact, Tom called me from Home Depot the other day to say that the expense for one of our shelf-building projects was going to be way too high in his opinion, and he discussed a less expensive alternative with me.  That might have lost him $200 in labor, but it saved me $400 in material and labor at a minimum (The alternative cost me $65).  I appreciated the fact that he was willing to call and tell me why he thought I should go another way that was cheaper even though it cost him additional income.  How many guys do that?  I don't know many, maybe not any . . . until meeting Tom.  Thanks for your ethics and honestly and I look forward to having you guys work for me for years to come!! I did a review after they first worked for me in early January but felt I needed to do another one. The Affordable Fixers are triple A+++ all the way!!  Obviously, I highly recommend them for a job of any size.

"Jonathan and his assistant were great to work with. I needed a small repair done on some outdoor furniture (extruded aluminum frame - 12 gauge aluminum seat support strapping). They showed up when they said they would, quoted a very reasonable price, and performed the needed repairs quickly. The work performed was good quality (I spent 22 years of my career in a large defense manufacturing facility so I understand metal work).
