Carlos came out and was punctual and very professional.  He knew about the types of trees in the yard, the soil conditions of the area, etc.  However, I did not have the work done as the cost was too much for me - $10,000 to remove the 7 trees (including stump grinding, wood chipping and haul off); $3,000 to trim the 12 trees.  I ended up using my yard guy, who has worked for me 10+ years.  He did the entire job for $3,500, including stump grinding.  Haul off was not necessary as city of Carrollton will pick up at curb every week at no charge.

All of the above being said, I would definitely call this company again if I had some sick trees or a job too large/complicated for my yard guy to do .

I have him coming back out to do a much more major re-work of some zones on my system to convert from stream type heads to regular spray heads on a small yard to help me be able to water more evenly and reduce the amount of excess water that pools at the bottom of a hill in my yard. Approx cost includes the estimate for the additional re-work to be performed."

"I was referred by my brother to Jeff as he had built his fence as well as put in a retaining wall for him. At first, all we needed was a fence. I called Jeff on a Monday and he came and gave me a quote the next evening. Then the following Monday he began work on our fence. We were pleased with the job so much so that a year later we wanted landscaping for both our front and back yards as well as a covered patio which also would require a much larger slab. My husband said call Jeff and Edgar again at Quality Outdoor Solutions and get them out here. The landscaping is better than I had hoped. We get compliments on it ALL the time. The covered patio lends itself to the simple yet elegant lines we were trying to create in the backyard. The patio is framed with cedar and the underside of the roof uses tongue and groove which my husband was really pleased with. They also matched the shingles perfectly and tied the roof of the patio nicely into the house. I would not have thought of this but they added an additional reinforced footer on one side of the slab to account for the heavy kitchen we plan to add soon. Our friends had a covered patio installation and the people left a mess in their back yard, along with broken sprinkler heads. Jeff and his crew won't leave a mess behind. They are professionals and always courteous and kind. Can you tell we think they are special! The one stop shopping, for us, has been so stress free and the experience...I would rate 5+ stars. We'll be calling them again for when it is time to add our outdoor kitchen and fountain for the dogs."

Gentleman came out and spent about 45 minutes with me walking the yard helping me identify plants that would meet my needs.  He also walked around and identified the plants I currently have and gave me suggestions on their well being and to get the most out of them. He wrote down an entire list of options that would work in our yard and gave me suggestions to where to purchase that would be more in-expensive than large chain stores.
