There were no surprises except that everything was done as promised. That is rare now a days! The job was done in one day as promised, Doug and Dylan and crew (Nick and a couple more) stayed till the job was done, and done right. I can't say enough about the whole experience, they are professional, honest and it was like having family do the job! My only complaint is that they don't do more like additions, painting because we need to have that done as well :) Thank you for a stress free experience! Our “handyman" Juan was skilled and super knowledgable with the HUGE project he was thrown into. He was on time, efficient and just a joy to deal with! By himself, Juan cleaned up the prior demo area, properly sealed the shower, installed a new shower bench/curbs and repaired the wall…he did everything but the painting, which we took care of.
