"Freedom is responsive (a technician was at our house within 30 minutes to fix the busted fitting), they do quality work, and their pricing is reasonable. Between our house and several rental properties, we have had Freedom install new water heaters, heat & A/C units, service existing ones, replace faucets, sinks and toilets, and fix just about any plumbing issue imaginable. They are wonderful!"

"They inspected the exterior faucet, and told me they could either replace it for one price and fix it permanently, or replace a washer and fix it for a couple of years. They quoted me the price for the replacement, and I chose the washer only fix. They didn’t charge me for that, since they couldn’t guarantee it would stay fixed permanently. They did some troubleshooting about the flow volume problem, and determined that there is an obstruction in the line between our water meter and our house, probably thanks to a previous owner’s overconfidence in his own DIY skills. I asked them to quote a price to fix it, and they said the best thing to do would be to run a new line from the meter to the house and completely bypass the old one. I have complete confidence that they would have gotten it fixed, but it was expensive and we’re expecting a kiddo any day now, so I decided to postpone that expense. I’d already paid for the service call through Angie’s List, so when they finished, they shook my hand and said thanks for your business, good luck with the baby, and call us again. I definitely will, if I ever need a plumber."

"I had my water heater installed the very next morning, but that day came out and evaluated to ensure no damage to my house if waiting until next day. "The installers were incredibly courteous, clean, and very professional. They answered all my questions and showed me everything they were doing. The installation was done quickly and on schedule. The H/VAC system works beautifully!!!! I have already noticed a significant drop in my electricity bills. I have since hired Airco to not only perform further electrical work, but to also do some major plumbing work involving complete replacement of old iron pipes. Again, the work was professional, on schedule, and completely solved the problem. I plan to continue to hire Airco to do any electrical/plumbing work needed in the future."

"It went great. Installer was very courteous and professional! The end result was fabulous.$"

"All went well, Fred and his brother did a good job, quickly, and were willing to adjust to our changing specifications without difficulty. We would hire him again for other projects at our house if he is able to do them.
