"Barry and his team (Joel, Daniel, Juan) hit a home run on every single aspect of this job. The team was on time, very clean, friendly and respectful, did a fantastic job, and were very accommodating when it came to quirks in our schedule. On top of that, the cost of the job was WAY more reasonable than other bids we received. I'll definitely work with Barry & Team next time I need painting done."

"We found Dutch's Home Improvement through the Sunrise Windows manufacturer website. If I were to sum up Dutch's in one word it would be "Integrity". They are truly honest. They kept their word. If they said they would do something they did it. They were on time. They respected our home and did an excellent job with the replacement windows. They offered a great window at a great price."

"Perfect. My dog ran through the screen and stretched it. I called and filled out service request. They called back and we scheduled the repair (service). Got a call today and they were here within 45 minutes. Quoted me a price (more than fair). They replaced the screen and it works perfectly. Really appreciate the professional team.Steve and Todd were the BEST."

"Would not recomend at all. Was given an estimate for 1 price, then when all work was done final total was almost double. Closing on our house we need 1; 26 year old window replaced, and maybe 3 window springs replaced. Called aspen glass, they said we can fix your window u dont need it replaced. You need 1 piece of glass and to put lube on the 3 window springs and the broken window spings. Got estimate, agreed to do work. Paid half for deposit. Got glass put in and o you need springs. Called manager, why wasnt we told springs needed replaced. We were told- we have to be under contract first before we can fully look at the window. Told him we didnt mind paying a little extra for springs. The day it was due for closing contract they finally came out to do the springs. I called paid the other half and 100 extra for springs. (So i thought) 2 days later i get an email and an added invoice. 2 invoices totaling $801. I couldve gotten a new window. I do not recomend at all."

"This was for my mother's mobile home evaporator cooler, which another handyman had seriously messed up to the point where we couldn't find where the water source was for the unit anymore. Mark and his assistant came out quickly and were very nice to my mom. After quite a bit of effort, to our amazement, they were able to run the water line to the unit on the top of the mobile home roof and uncovered the unit. They also took the time to fold the cover for the unit in a very neat and compact shape. Although I wasn't there during the work, my mom could not stop saying how nice, professional, and competent these gentlemen were. Both of us will be using them in the future for any and all our home repair needs."

FAQs for new windows service projects in Pueblo, CO

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
