We also had heads that were not retracting or even popping up due to overgrown grass. JP came out to inspect the system. He was great to work with, and very knowledgeable. He gave us a very fair quote for the work, which was just completed today in a timely and workmanlike fashion to our great satisfaction. Fixing the irrigation is our first step in redoing our complete landscape. Gary, the owner, came out to take a look at what needs to be done with the new plants. Richard came up with a design and suggested plants for a circular rock garden in the center of our front lawn, an area in full sun. Richard’s estimate was very detailed and the price fair. The crew removed contaminated soil that remained after the removal of a diseased palm tree, then added new soil, weed cloth, and the plants. They installed a foundation of river rocks and topped them off with boulders. All we have to do is make sure the plants have enough water. The rock garden was the right choice for filling the empty space."

"Surface Pro provided a detailed price quote for  reinforced landscape concrete curbing around a variety of gardens on my triple lot property.  They were extremely professional and answered all of my questions in a prompt manner.  Once I selected them for the job, they worked with me to determine a convenient installation date.
On the day of installation, they showed up on time and walked through the property to show me exactly what they would be doing and provided suggestions to make the landscape curbing flow in the most aesthetically appealing way possible.
It was a large job exceeding 538 ft. which required one full day's worth of work.  They worked consistently throughout the day and took extra precautions at the end of the day to cover all of the curbing with plastic, as the weather was calling for rain.  The owner of the company came to the site at the end of the day, to review the work performed, which added that extra customer service that is typically not found in most contractors.
