They were running a scam trying to suck money out of us! I had Airco come out and they found the compacitor and fan wires were crossed and the other unit was two pounds low on refrigerant. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit.
