"Eco Power Works did a great job on my kitchen and bathroom renovation ! Daryl and John were very patient listening to my ideas. They brought in an architect who was reasonably priced and made suggestions to overall designs which I am so glad they did ! The project from Start to finish was on schedule which O was pleasantly surprised - these guys kept their words and their workers were always on time respectful of my property and time. I like that they always checked with me when they took major steps to double check that everyone was on the same page - they communicated every step of the way and were very careful to to do the job right. I really love the beautiful cabinets and marble countertops which were my dreams. I am so glad I hired these guys - they really did a great job overall - will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors !"

"The original project I hired them for was to replace leaky faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom. Frank, the owner, was responsive and professional. They scheduled the work promptly and showed up on time. Unexpected issues were discovered that required a second trip and additional work. They communicated everything clearly and the additional costs were handled separately and transparently. They also cleaned up after the work was done. I would hire them again."

"contractor came out to measure and submitted the contract with measurements, privacy glass, and all jucuzzi products. when they came to install we told them that the measurements were wrong cause the shower base was not as big as we discussed, when the doors were put together we told them that wasnt what we discussed either, then the shower head that we ordered was not in the box so they had to get the shower head. we were told when asking questions that we signed the contract and were stuck. we paid 18k for a shower that isnt the size we asked for, nor the right doors, and we have an AMERICAN STANDARD shower head instead of all jacuzzi. customer service is at about a 10%."

"The quality of our deck replacement is great. The crew was very respectful and worked with us as we had our dogs also in the back yard as they were working. Everyday they left the jobsite clean and the final clean-up was very nice. The cost of the job was a bit more expensive than I was hopping for, but the end result is fantastic. "MONOVA Homes Rating: Solid Five Stars Short Version: Reasonably priced—best of three estimates—and properly licensed, bonded and insured / Work on my three-bathroom remodel began quickly after my contract was signed (September 28, 2018) / The foreman and crew worked quickly, politely, professionally, and intelligently on my job / Three bathrooms were finished on time (October 23, 2018) and on budget ($13,800 labor and materials) / the final result was nothing less than stunning / I would hire MONOVA Homes again, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to a friend or family member—or anyone reading this review. Please see before and after pictures. Long Version: Due to a family medical issue, I had a somewhat tight 3 month window to get three 1960s-era bathrooms, with all original fixtures (except the toilets which were replaced two years ago), upgraded and made handicap accessible. I had never had a remodel—clearly—until now. I used the Home Advisor web site, and I got 3 estimates. MONOVA Homes (MH) was the most reasonable. I went on-line (as you are doing now) and found MH had high ratings across several different ratings platforms. I saw they were local to my house (Fairfax, Virginia). Mir Aziz, the Project Manager, was helpful in thinking through my design ideas—in fact, the walk-in tub I ended up buying was his suggestion. Once work began, I was able to be home most, but not all, the time. I judge workers by this standard: Do they work as well and hard as I would if I were able to do the job myself. The foreman for my job, Ayala “Rocky” Roque, and his crew met that standard and then some! They worked efficiently, politely, and passionately, and to be honest, longer each day than I could have imagined. While I was rarely without water or at least one working bathroom during the entire project, the quick work meant I had access to my shower again in about 12 days. From start to finish, the job only took 25 days and was well within my 3-month window. The final project looks stunning and works flawlessly. Even after the final walk-through, when I could carefully scrutinize every detail, I could find no fault. I am going to attach some low resolution before and after photos of my MONOVA Homes remodel.
