"Absolutely terrible communication and poor workmanship. I have a contract to update my screened in porch. â 3 day jobâ started June 24 and now it is July 24. Havenâ t heard from anyone in over a week despite talking to Rob on three occasions about completing the project. Curtis stood me up for an appointment. Jay continues to ignore my communications and the original salesperson has apparently left the company. If you want a headache and a nightmarish experience by all means, otherwise, look past this company for your project needs. I take it at this point itâ s just not going to get completed."

The background story of the company: Isaac Camacho who is the founder of the company, who has been working on the field for over 25+ years. We make sure our customers are happy and comfortable throughout the process and all of their concerns or questions will be answered right away.

"DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"

Clint, Steve and Brian were the main points of contact and at least one of them was at our home every morning to check progress and help with on-the-fly changes and adjustments. The rest of the team seemed more like a family than a work crew. We were completely comfortable leaving the garage open for them when we had to be away from the house. When the project was complete the area was thoroughly cleaned up and looked great. We also had several smaller interior pieces of work done with the primary porch project. They were completed with the same attention to detail as the outside work. We had done several previous home renovation projects and my only regret is that I did not have Phoenix Home Services on the first job.
