"After getting eight contractor quotes, we chose Anyvision Home Remodeling. They were not the highest quote or the lowest. We went with Anyvision Home Remodeling because of Chase and his presentation. Chase wasn't pushy, he took time to listen to what we wanted and let us know if something wouldn't work and why. It was a complete, down to the studs and joists remodel! In fact, there was water damage and they had to replace some of the joists. Chase recommended some stores to us to go look at tile, sinks, the tub and cabinets and met us to look at our choices. I ordered some things online, but sent them to Chase to make sure they would work before ordering. The guys Chase has to do the work, from demo to completion, were fantastic! They really did a great job. If I noticed anything I didn't care for or had questions about, all I had to do was mention it and it was taken care of immediately. Communication was constant though WhatsApp. Chase set up a group and our communications were all documents right there. We knew what time and who was coming out any given day. We shared photos and occasionally just chatted. The end result is a gorgeous master bathroom with a private toilet room, an oversized double vanity with LED mirrors, and a wet room with a soaking tub and double rain showers, both with hand held showers too. Oh, and one thing I really appreciated, was that Chase brought in a cleaning person, so our new space was gleaming and ready for us to use! "Dave Thacker is old school. He gives you a quote for your project and sticks to it. If he finds something he missed, he doesn't charge extra and fixes it. He gives fair quotes, works fast, and is really a pleasure to work with. While he was at my home my old fence blew down. I had him fix that too. Both the deck and the fence look professionally made, like the professionals that built them! I would definitely refer a friend or relative to PlanTrak!"

"I guess I caught them on them on a bad day. 90% of the job was good, there was a couple of areas that to my view was just sloppy. Josh did come back twice to correct the areas of concern. He was mostly prompt and polite in answering my emails, though one day I stayed home because I was told he would show up, but did not, nor did he let me know he was held up. Clean up was so-so, they used an air blower, there was metal trimmings left on the deck, not good for the dogs. For me there was too much aggravation to hire them again."

"Northwest Builders and Renovations, I had a good experience with this company. They worked with me on a constant changing plan until it was exactly what I wanted. Once the plan was finalized the work started. Demolition of 85% of old deck and supports on a older bi level wood deck, removed a jacuzzi, Re-framed for one level, 12’x34’ Trex flooring picture framed in three sections, a roof that covers the entire deck and a white vinyl handrail with a double gate. Looks absolutely beautiful. Far as materials go nothing but the best. Build to last, very strong. This was a big project for me, never have worked with contractors before, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. Let me tell you that they delivered on what was promised. I’m very happy that I decided to go with Northwest Builders and Renovation. Looking forward on doing future projects with them. Great job I just wish I could add pictures to show the beautiful work"

"Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

"We hired them to replace the roof our house. They did a good job on the shingles but failed to reinstall half the skylights properly after removing them. I get that mistakes happen and that wouldn?t have caused me to review them lower, however they ghosted us after and will not fix their work. We have been trying to get them out to fix their mistake for over a month with nothing. It?s mid winter now and the skylights are all leaking cold air into the house. There are a ton of roofers out there, and for the money replacement costs, I would look for someone else who will warranty their work and not ignore you once they have their money."
