"The work was done only one week from the day that they came out to see the roof for the estimate.
Everything looks great, and I could tell that it was very detailed and fussy work. The new shingles match the old ones perfectly; they are woven into the old ones well, and the valley where the old and new roofs meet is covered with what I think is called a "weave" seam, which looks like a herringbone pattern: extra fancy. I can see at least one side of the roof repair from an upstairs window. They worked after sunset to get the job done in one day, using headlamps. Cleanup was great, with no nails in the driveway or debris flying around, even though they were finishing up in the dark. Since I had more rotten plywood in the area to be repaired than originally expected, and the work took more shingles, the actual cost was understandably $219 more than the original estimate, but again, that was completely understandable and within the range of other estimates from other contractors. They had to fetch more shingles twice. Their written business policies state that this can happen, and it's only fair. They did call to explain this before they mailed the invoice. We have had one heavy rain since the repair was completed, and I am happy that there were no drips from the metal wrap under my porch, for the first time in about 21 years.
I hope that this repair carries me through until the entire roof needs redone in another 10-15 years, and I would have this outfit do the work then."

"It was a positive experience. We worked directly with the owner. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and did a great job matching our existing siding. He would be my first choice for any future roofing or siding needs."

"It did not go well. I did not pay anything more. We discussed several projects and he was supposed to get back to me with pricing and he never did. He completed some work. The work he did was satisfactory. He did not have the proper tools to complete the work. It was up to three pieces of siding. I had three pieces that had fallen off the house, in different areas. One of those pieces broke when it fell. So I had gone ahead and purchased replacement siding, which I had there when he arrived. The piece I had bought required him to make one cut so it would fit. He said, "I don't have a saw with me to cut that." I thought it was odd that someone who is coming to work on vinyl siding would not have a saw with him, to cut a piece of vinyl siding. So essentially, he put the broken piece back up on the house. We discussed other projects, he made a list and then never responded."

"Very happy with the results and the process was easy and smooth. George Jr showed up to do the consult, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were not the lowest quote we received but they were the best at communication and wanting to earn our business. As sales people, my wife and I appreciate professionals that still go out of their way to earn business. They were even able to get in and do the job before the Thanksgiving holiday which was only a few weeks from the consult and was very important to my wife, as we had 14 people coming to Thanksgiving dinner. She is also pregnant and they offered us products that would not be harmful to her or the baby, but she ended up being out of town the days they were here so we stuck to the normal paint, but really appreciated the effort to accommodate us.
   The workers showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked hard and were very fast. I was amazed they finished everything in 2 days considering the size of the area they were painting and the number of cabinets and trim we had. The workers were respectful when moving and covering our belongings before and after painting. They were always laughing and smiling during the job, which is good to see, it hopefully mean they enjoy what they're doing and the quality shows. George and his son would pop in from time to time to check in and make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with the progress.
   All in all, very happy! Would recommend to anyone! If fact, we need new granite.....you know how it goes, first new appliances, which means new paint, which means new counter tops and so forth, but George Jr mentioned they can help us with that and we will probably be giving them our business for that job as well. They finished it fast and it looks amazing. I would refer them to anyone looking for a new Kitchen, bathroom, roof, or any home improvement project."

"I have a contract with them for my central air. They come out twice a year. They charge me for two visits a year and includes parts and labor. The parts are little on the high side. They check the inside and outside units. They are here for 45 minutes to an hour. I have a $50 contact with the humidifier with them and they check that twice a year too. I think the price is a little on the high side. I have been with them for 10-12 years. One gentleman came out to do the service. I like their professionalism and their attitude. They took time to answer any questions I had at the time. They explain everything. The whole organization is very professional."
