"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

I didn’t fully understand how my unit worked at first so I had to contact Bill (who is just as awesome) Trevor came right over. I’m loving my unit and will recommend them to anyone who need a new unit or their old unit fixed. I was able to trust them in my house without me being there and they clean up behind themselves. "Outside Temp today was 100 deg F with high humidity. Upstairs temp was 88 and climbing--upstairs heat pump not working. Called J &G. Brittany, their dispatcher, called one of the service guys who was finishing a job near the area and he swung over within half an hour. On top of that, our street was being repaved so he had to park on a nearby street and walk a block. Diagnosed problem in seconds, showed me how he did, and replaced faulty capacitor. All contacts were friendly, professional, and competent. These folks have provided us with A-1 service for at least 10 years. Outstanding company."
