"We hired this company to level an almost 60-year-old concrete patio slab. The company was very responsive and did an excellent job leveling the large patio. When they asked what we were going to do as far as a decorative layer on top, we were all ears for suggestions. We wanted to do something interesting but hadn't really thought it through. Mike helped us envision a thin-layer decorative over-coating and gave us a very reasonable cost estimate. We picked a date to start the project, but weather considerations quickly got in the way, as it was late Fall. It became a little bit challenging to work with the company to finally schedule the work the following spring, but when a date was set, and the weather cooperated, the crew eventually came out and did a fantastic job with the decorative coating. They were very flexible regarding our vision for the project, and worked with us at each step of the project to make sure we were involved in all of the artistic decisions, and as a result, the patio looks even better than we could have imagined. We spend every possible moment enjoying our new patio now. We felt very comfortable working with Stabil at every step of the process. We look forward to working with them again in the near future on a second patio space that we would like to refinish, and would recommend them to anyone looking to level their concrete, and/or update the look of their hard-scapes. We definitely plan to hire them again."

They also did similar work on the walkway to the house, and put a decorative, protective coating on it. Looks great! A year after the work, a small flaw was discovered in the walkway work, and the owner himself came out to correct the issue. Very impressed with the way they stand behind their work. True customer service. I will use them again if the opportunity arises."

"Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended. Your crew was so kind and so professional and meticulous, that they knew that two particular windows were very important to my wife.  Your crew wanted to get them perfect and asked me some questions about them, that I could not answer. My wife was feeling better, but still in the hospital, and I called her on the phone, while your crew waited for me, as she and I discussed for several minutes the exact placement of the windows. Some minor changes had to be made and your crew could have easily just slapped the two windows in the new location, which was only slightly off of the original plan, and be done with it, but they stopped and pointed out where my wife originally wanted them and the new location difference and wanted to be sure that my wife understood the change, and wanted me to talk to my wife first. I was so very impressed that they made the adjustments on the spot that my wife suggested over the phone. I don’t think any other company would have gone through this much trouble to please their customers! <br /> You also were very respectful of our property, neighbors, and your crew were always very willing to stop and explain the process of what was going to happen next. Not one time did we ever feel like we were in your way. Actually, it was the opposite, we felt like you and your crew were very excited to show us your equipment and how it worked and actually wanted us around so we could see how it all worked and so we could see for ourselves how everything was perfect - and it was! <br /> We will always remember you and think of you so highly. Thank you for making the beginning our home building so easy and off to such a perfect start. There are so many things that can go wrong when redoing a home, and having it go off with such a perfect start gives us such great hope. We offer Delmarva a wide variety of services including, concrete pouring and repairs, excavation and demolition, and welding services. We are a small homegrown company based out of Dorchester county but serve the whole eastern shore of Delmarva.

"The installation went well. Big issue was the lack of urgency on the part of DryZone to come and do the work. The quickest they could do the job was 2 months out. This is a new home build and we were very concerned that water would breach the below level entry before they got out. They are very non-emotional about their scheduling, that is is and it is what it is. They try to spin this by saying that they only have full time employees and that is why they are so booked. This isn't rocket science. They should consider fixing the lack of response to their customer as this significantly effected how we viewed the overall value of their service. We felt like we were playing "Russian roulette" every time it rained and we help up other work that needed to get done under the house this this could get done. Overall no empathy or options offered. They do however offer to call at a moments notice to come out, if they have an opening for some reason.  Of course this is for their convenience and filling their schedule....the whole process was phony. They also were the only group in the area that I could find that installed the TURTL product. I also feel they charged too much for what was basically non-skilled work. I was happy with the final work and would use they for future work due to the products they carry that others don't have. Love hate relationship. <br />"
