"Bought the list for a painter for a day and then sent a message saying I would need an additional day.  He said he would send two painters that same day. That was fine with me.  I needed to have ceiling, trim, and walls painted in master bathroom and toilet closet.  He did a great job.  Told him do as much as he can in the time he has.  He got 95% of it done.  Just didn't do the trim around two of the doors.  I didn't think he would paint the doors, but he did.  That was great since we hate painting the doors it takes a long time.  He did a great job and worked hard.  Jorge was working in the kitchen and family room. We just remolded so had new floors, new counter tops and redone cabinets.  He did a great job to not get paint on anything.  He was able to get it all done in the time allowed and did a great job.  When he was done he was asking anything else.  So I had a bunch of touch ups around the house he took care of for me.  I got a quote for another job doing the entry way, hallway, and stairs with very high ceilings.  So they will be back.  Thanks for a great job.  I love the color.

"B Ann was amazing. We hired them to totally redo our master bath. It was a bear of a job. Walls were moved. Fixtures relocated. They took it down to the studs. Tony was very easy to work with. He went above and beyond at every level. Tony and his team treated my home with the utmost respect. I was kept informed every step of the way. Small upgrades were done at no cost. Tony and his team rose to the challenge. They even brought in Amazon packages, and brought our trash cans back to the carport on trash day. The new bathroom is so beautiful. Even with the unique challenges a 65 year old house presents Tony honored the quoted price. Tony and the rest of team B Ann have restored my faith in hiring contractors. "Initial contact was fine and we agreed on date and time.  The night before as I emailed confirmation and verification of time; was offered a new date to which I replied no!   The morning of proposed service; no show, no answer on the cell phone; and no response to text and or voice mail.  I was stood up by the provider today; and have offered an alternative - with still no response.   I am still in need of the painting!  He sounded professional at the beginning; now I am not sure.  Fountain Hills to 32/Cactus is not that much 'out of the way'!!    I would love to have given a review of all Excellent; and I'm sure it would be - if he would have only arrived - or contacted me.

"Ed, the Tech arrived on time, inspected old (17 yr) opener that was not working and found that the motherboard, or the whole unit, would need to be replaced. Decided that after 17 years of use, it would be better to replace the old unit. Ed installed Liftmaster 8365 Premium Series 1/2HP AC Motor with 7' Chain Rail and tuned the rollers"
