"The crew did a fantastic job with the exterior wood painting on my two story houseâ ¦.. way better than I was expectingâ ¦. They paid incredible attention to detail and the results show it. Painting is easy, but proper preparation is hard and time consuming . I have lived in that house for 22 years and had the exterior trim painted two separate times before this and was disappointed each time with the results. However, this crew completely surprised me in a good way. The masking and scraping and sanding and site cleanup afterwards really impressed me. I highly recommend them!"

received 9 bids. Rene the owner of Express Roofing come out to quote the  roof as well. What he had to say compared what the other roofers had to say is why we picked Express Roofing. Rene went thru in details and explaned what and how he was going to do. Verses the other roofers were allot more vague. Rene had his pencil sharpened and ready.

There were a total of three people I communicated with during the process. After accepting and giving the"OK' to work I was contacted by a gentleman names Jeff "office manager". Very impressed with the commumication from Jeff. He kept me informed via email and always returned or  answered my phone calls same day for the most part.

The third person I had allot of contact with was Ricardo, ( Job foreman) I would get up in the morning (still dark) There would be Ricardo waiting for other workers to show up. Once able to see (sun up) Work begain, And didn't stop till dark. The crew cleaned up at the end of the day very well leaving no messes from previous day.  Very impressed!!

The crew worked five straight day till completion. Workers very detailed and everything was done to my liking.

As for the "charge ups. (additional work that needed to be done on top of original bid) Very fair and worked with me.

Express roofing was not the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive.

Great job Express Roofing!!!

"While we were first dubious about having someone who came to our front door offering to do our roofing, we definitely were not disappointed. Anthony saw our job through from beginning to end. He worked closely with our insurance company and all work was done just as promised. We absolutely would recommend Frontline for your roof replacement and plan on calling them in the fall to do our exterior painting."

"I accidentally drove my car through the wall of the garage. Mr. Brent Hill responded quickly to my call. He came at a time that was convenient for me. The job required more than one visit to complete the final painting. When finished, I could not tell where the repair had been done. The work blended in perfectly with the original. Mr. Hill cleaned up the area and moved everything back into place. The job was completed within a very reasonable timeframe, was done efficiently, and professionally."

"An insurance company inspector had expressed some concerns about the roof of an inherited second house that we own and Audubon's Big Deal for roof inspection and repair came at just the right time.  I purchased $200 worh of services for $79.  Since Audubon had re-roofed our own residence the previous years, I was confident that I would receive good, professional service.  After purchasing the Big Deal, I contacted Brian at Audubon by e-mail.  He responded quickly and arranged to inspect the house.  Unfortunately, when he did, he discovered numerous problems with the roof, largely due to a poor roofing job done about ten years earlier when my late parents owned the house.  Brian gave me a number of options for repair at various price ranges, but I decided that it would be best to replace the roof with removal of the old shingles.  The quoted price was fair, I thought, for a house that is around 2,000 square feet.  It took several weeks for Audubon to get the work done, largely because the summer heat was so intense that its crew had to end its work around noon each day to avoid heat stroke.  This was perfectly understandable and demonstrated a concern for the workers.  Once the job was started it was completed quickly to my satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up well around the house.  The only minor issue was that it took an additional couple of weeks for Audubon to obtain and install a cap on the furnace vent.

"Our 16' x 16' family room had wall to wall carpet that we replace with cork flooring. Joe assisted in recommending a supplier in our area for the cork floor, with whom we were pleased. He also recommended adding trim around the fireplace, and insulation underneath this room which has a crawlspace. He discussed with us the downsides of cork flooring (fades, yellows, can't handle a lot of water). While we already knew this, I was encouraged by him discussing this with us before we purchased the flooring supplies.Everyday Joe and his guy helping him cleaned up after themselves. When there was a machine to be left for the next day, he asked me before hand. It took a good amount of cleanup each day which i really appreciated as my children would have found scraps to play with. All the details and edging is great. My husband and I were extremely happy with the results. Details that I didn't think of and he pointed out, I realize now would would have bothered me if hadn't handled as he did.I did not necessarily know what day\time Joe would be at my house each day. He was working another job at the same time, which he had discussed with me. In the end, he got the job done by my deadline.2.5 years later, with a family and dog on the floor our family room every day, the work is holding up perfectly. It looks wonderful, there are no gaps, it is all smooth\flat, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality of the work that was done."
